The KIWI Model
The association "Kinder in Wien" (KIWI i.e. Children in Vienna) runs age-extended groups, kindergarten and after-school care centres and looks after children from one year to ten years.
Our motto "Growing together in joy" sums up the spirit of our association and expresses our readiness for further development and lifelong learning.
The KIWI model provides orientation and security for all employees and represents an essential basis for the design of the educational work in the KIWI kindergartens and after-school care centres.
The KIWI model defines who we are as an organisation and describes the guiding principles that determine how KIWI employees live and work together, with children and their parents, and with colleagues.
