The KIWI overall concept is an essential pillar of KIWI quality. It describes the basic educational orientation of our association and is binding for all employees. 

The overall concept goes into the history of the association, the pedagogical concepts, the KIWI structure and the basics of quality assurance and development. It is an essential part of our educational work and provides an insight into the educational goals and basic attitudes of KIWI. You can find a copy of our general concept in the parents' area at our locations. 

In addition, each kindergarten and after-school care centre draws up its own house concept, in which the elementary pedagogical mandate, the pedagogical focal points of the location and the daily pedagogical quality are written down.
